Instructions for Commands in Carom3D

Carom3D has a special set of commands that you may use to communicate, make reports, or check profile information, plus more. Execute a command by typing in the chat box or within the game rooms. Each begins with a forward slash like this "/" and the command followed by one space, and then the unique data.

List of Commands and Instructions

Accuse with Chat /accuse
This shortcut is used to report flooding or foul language directly to admin from the lobby or game rooms. Use this command for an instant report and avoid the need for screenshots.
  Example: /accuse someone Sends at least 10 lines of chat from the lobby or game to admin, and blocks further chat from the player ID "someone".
Profile /pf
View statistics and other information about a single player including their blog from the lobby, or statistics in green text when you are in a room.
  Example: /pf comworm shows information on the player who invented Carom3D
Guild Info /pfg
This displays summary information about a guild including members, web site, and more.
  Example: /pfg adminguild will display details about the Admin Guild for Carom3D
Memo /to
Sends a private message to a single player that only they can see.
  Example: /to someone would send a message to a player with the ID "someone"
Guild Memo /tog
If you are in a guild, this command sends a private message to ALL your guild members online in Carom3D.
  Example: /tog Hi everyone! sends your message "Hi everyone!" to all your guild mates
Reply /re
Allows you to reply to a /to command without typing the player's ID after the command.
  Example: /re Hello sends the message "Hello" to a player after they message you.
Invite /in
Allows you to invite a player to your room if they are in any lobby. It will not work if they are in a game or in a game room waiting area.
  Example: /in someone sends an invitation to a player with the ID "someone"
Where /where
This command allows you to locate a player if they are online, including the server and lobby or room name if they are in a game.
  Example: /where someone gives details of the location of a player with the ID "someone" if they are online.
Guild Location /whereg
Locates the server and channel or room of all members of a guild online at a given time.
  Example: /whereg adminguild gives the location of all Admin Guild players online.
Join Room /join
Allows you to enter a room if you are in the same server as that room.
  Example: /join roomxyz allows you to enter a room with the name "roomxyz".
Block Chat /ex
Is the command to block chat from a single player.
  Example: /ex someone would block all chat from the player ID "someone".
Block List /list
Use this command for a list of the IDs if you have chat blocked for more than one player.
  Example: /list (Will return a list of blocked IDs if you have blocked any.)
Block Message /cover
If you want privacy, this chat command will block all regular players from sending you messages.
  Example: /cover (Chat from all regular players will be blocked.)
Block Guild Memo /coverg
Use this when you want privacy and don't want chat from your guild mates.
  Example: /coverg would block all chat from your guild mates.
Block Inviting /coverin
Use this for privacy when you do not want to receive room invitations from other players.
  Example: /coverin (Blocks all room invitations from all players.)
Set Sound Volume /vl
Allows you to adjust the volume of sound effects during a game from 0% (no sound) to 100%, or any number between 0 and 100.
  Example: /vl 50 will reset the volume of game sound effects to 50%.
